Carlos Grunewald was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Before attending Otterbein University, he studied technical theater, focusing on lighting at NYC's Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School. Carlos decided to leave Otterbein to pursue other passions in the theatre industry and explore different fields. Carlos works as a live event electrician and carpenter in NYC, working with St Ann's Warehouse, New Victory Theater, and McKittrick Hotel. He also has experience working in the box office and administration, accounting, and movie and TV. In addition, Carlos is a photographer, photographing the city's nature, nightlife, and various street-style portraits.
